This year marks 200 years since Jane Austen died. To celebrate her life and work, we spoke to Laaleen Sukhera, founder of the Jane Austen Society of Pakistan and editor of the forthcoming anthology, ‘Austenistan’.

‘Austenistan’ is an anthology of short stories inspired by Jane Austen’s writing and set in Pakistan. Later this year we will be hosting an exclusive launch of the book here at the British Council libraries.
