About the event

Get ready to go on an exciting space adventure!

This month’s Tiny Tales session features award-winning author, Caryl Hart’s brilliant story that’s loved by children and parents alike. Little Albie is in for a huge surprise when he gets into his car to go to school one morning – instead of his usual school, he ends up at Alien School and it isn’t like anything he’s ever experienced before!

Join us as we read all about Albie’s slimy new teacher and fuzzy, furry friend. He’s going to be tackling strange spellings and even stranger sums, getting weird food from the space canteen and painting with magic colours! If your little ones are fans of the silly and the bizarre, then this is the perfect tale for them.

The storytelling will be followed by a hands-on activity where children will solve puzzles to get Albie’s rocket ship safely back to earth! All materials will be provided at the library.
