About the event
When was the last time you told your little ones how much you loved them? Can it even be measured? This month, the British Council Library is celebrating love, especially the bonds between parents and their children, with a reading of Sam McBratney’s best- selling children’s book.
Little Nutbrown Hare wants to show his Daddy how much he loves him. Is it as high as he can reach? Or as far as he can jump? Big Nutbrown Hare can always reach higher and jump farther. Finally, Little Nutbrown Hare thinks he’s found a way to show his love that simply can’t be beaten. Join us with your little ones to find out exactly what it is!
We’re following up the reading with our most exciting tiny tales activity yet; a petting zoo! Real animals from Zacky’s farms will be visiting the library for participants to interact with. If your child is an animal lover then don’t miss this one of a kind opportunity to bring them a little closer to their favourite, furry friends!
