Join us as we go on a spectacular journey deep into the heart of Hunza Valley and listen to beautiful folktales passed down generations.

Become part of the ancient, story-telling tradition of “Gari Sang Xay” or “In the Light of the Lantern”, by registering your little ones for this one of a kind story-telling session. We will be listening to fables, cautionary tales and songs organized by the Hunza Folklore Academy and ending the event with a short drawing activity designed to flex our imaginations!

Hunza Folklore Academy is an independent and not-for-profit community organization that aims to work for the preservation, revival and promotion of the folk art and literature of Gilgit Baltistan with a focus on the tradition of oral storytelling, folk literature and folk music.
