About the event
Join us for our monthly peer-led support group for women who’re separated or divorced.
Divorce is an extremely difficult and overwhelming life event. It can lead to a wide range of emotional issues including anxiety, depression, trauma and loss. However, immersing oneself in creative exercises can be healing and life-enhancing.
Join us and meet women with similar circumstances as we talk about standing up against society's pressures and use mindfulness-based art — moderated by a certified Art Therapist — to gain personal insight, cope with stress and work through traumatic experiences in a supportive, understanding and non-judgemental environment.
This session is for women only, ages 18 and above.
Registration fee per participant (payable at the door): PKR 1200 for non-members and PKR 800 for members.
Prior registration is mandatory; walk-ins will not be allowed.
