ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:
Dr. Shehnaz Tapal, Ed. D, is an education consultant and a teacher of Viniyoga, with over twenty years’ experience of working in the education sector. She is trained in mindfulness-based stress reduction and has created a series of workshops to help people from all walks of life to manage their stress.
This event is FREE and open to the public. It is recommended for ages 15 and above.
Prior registration is mandatory; walk-ins will not be allowed.
All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who must also be registered for the event.
At the time of visit, participants and their accompanying adults are required to carry their original CNIC, Passport or Library Membership card.
