Aik tha larka Tot Batot, baap tha us ka Mir Salot. Peeta tha wo Soda Water, khata tha badaam akhrot! Sign up your kids to introduce them to a piece of your childhood with Sufi Tabassum’s timeless classic.
We are thrilled to be introducing ‘Qissa Qahani’; a library programme that aims to reacquaint children with Urdu literature using some of our most celebrated children’s stories. Join us as we read all about the adventures of the Tot Batot with a few animal friends.
After the reading we’ll be laying out crafting supplies so your kids can make their own finger puppets of the characters in the poem. They can then act along with the story for a truly interactive experience!
Sign up your little ones for a fun afternoon of singing and Urdu heritage.
