Calling all amateur shutterbugs! Don’t miss out on this free workshop on DSLR photography for beginners.

Whether you are pursuing a hobby or running a small business, photography basics can come in handy. Learn how to manually operate a DSLR camera and the technicalities of composition, design, use of light and editing. Our facilitator, Eshah Shakeel, will share different tips and tricks that will help your work stand out from the rest.


Fotisto is a digital platform that aims to provide opportunities for filmmakers, designers, animators, sound artist, photographers, and other content creators. They hope to help create employment opportunities for young Pakistanis and equip them with the skills that they need to grow both individually and professionally.

Eshah Shakeel is a graduate from The National College of Arts in Film and TV (2015). She has worked in differing capacities for top-notch organizations in Pakistan, from video editing for The Videographers to the scriptwriting for the LTN Family. She has been part of the visiting faculty of filmmaking workshops for Balcony 105. She is currently CEO at Last Shot, a digital content platform that specialises in making videos on social issues using humour and satire, and crafting narratives from the female perspective.
