We’re blasting off to the Red Planet with another exciting session of Mission to Mars! Join us as we design, construct and program a real 6 wheel Mars Rover and test it on the simulated surface of an alien world.

Your kids will be spending 3 intensive days in Pakistan’s most immersive outer-space STEM workshop. They’ll be assembling a rover from scratch and programming software for an engaging and hands-on experience; solving problems similar to those faced by NASA engineers.

About PSSEC:

Pakistan Space Science Education Centre (PSSEC) brings specialist space-themed educational activities in the context of Space Science – principally around the exploration of MARS – to engage students and inspire them to pursue careers in STEM fields. PSSEC provides access to practices of unique laboratory experiences and scenario-based activities that foster a love of learning, particularly in science.

This event is open to the public and appropriate for ages 10 to 15.

The registration fee per child (payable at the door in cash prior to the event) is PKR4500 for non-members and PKR4000 for members.

Prior registration is mandatory; walk-ins will not be allowed. If you face any difficulty in registering for this event, please write to us at librarylhr@britishcouncil.org.pk.

All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who must also be registered for the event.
