About the event

Join us at our monthly storytelling event for our youngest library members. With our February theme of inspirational women, we will focus on one of the most influential woman of the present time who is also an important role model for young children, Malala Yousufzai.

Anam Haq-Omar, will read Malala’s Magic Pencil, a first person account of the Nobel Peace Prize Winner’s incredible and fearless childhood and her resilient journey from her own struggle for education to her efforts to fight for education rights for all.

This event is FREE and open to the public; recommended for ages 5 – 9. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

To register, please email librarylhr@britishcouncil.org.pk with your name, the name, age and B Form number of participating children, and your CNIC or Library Membership number.

At the time of visit, adults MUST carry their original CNIC, Passport or Library Membership card along with a photo ID for their child, or their Library Membership card.

Registration will close on Friday, February 16, 2018 at 3:00 PM

Free valet parking will be available at the event. However, visitors must exercise their own discretion. British Council Pakistan does not take any responsibility for any damage that may occur to visitor’s property.
