January Book Club: The Handmaid’s Tale | Lahore

Sunday 21st January 15:00 - 16:00

This month's book club is a discussion on a story of a woman’s fight for survival in a world where the odds are against her.

About the event

Our pick for the book club this January is the classic feminist dystopian novel 'The Handmaid’s Tale’ by Margaret Atwood. The novel, also an award winning TV series, is a story of a woman’s fight for survival in a world where the odds are against her.

The Handmaid’s Tale, a resonating tale of loss and struggle against hopelessness, is set in a totalitarian society and offers a gripping illustration of life under a fundamentalist regime in a world on the brink of devastation.

Join us with your opinions on the book and gear up for one engrossing conversation.
